摘要
震后房屋加固工程的造价控制是一项集管理、技术、质量、施工于一体的综合性系统工程,也是一个动态管理的过程。本文分析了震后房屋加固工程的项目管理现状,阐述了加固项目工程造价控制的必要性和措施。
The cost control of post-seismic buildings strengthening project is a comprehensive and systematic work which contains management, technology, quality and construction, and also a dynamic management process. This paper analyzed the present situation of post-seismic buildings strengthening project management, as well as the necessity and measures of the project cost control.
