滁州鲫·方正银鲫和彭泽鲫分子遗传差异的分析

Analysis of Genetic Difference at Molecular Level among Chuzhou Carp,Fangzheng Silver Crucian Carp and Pengze Carp

[目的]研究滁州鲫、方正银鲫及彭泽鲫间的分子遗传差异。[方法]滁州鲫、方正银鲫和彭泽鲫为我国3个不同地区的三倍体银鲫种群,用9对引物对它们进行了RAPD分析。[结果]9对引物中,仅引物P10扩增的产物没有差异外,其余8种引物(P1～P8)的扩增产物均有一定的差异。[结论]3个不同地区的银鲫种群在基因水平上存在一定差异,在遗传相似性方面,滁州鲫与方正银鲫的相似性较大,滁州鲫与彭泽鲫的相似性则较小。

[ Objective ] The genetic difference at molecular level among Chuzhou carp, Fangzheng silver crucian carp and Pengze carp was studied. [ Method] Nine pairs of primers were used for the RAPD analysis of the triploid silver crueian carp populations from three different regions in China. [ Results] The analysis result indicated that there were differences among the amplified products of three populations with eight kinds of primer（ P1 -PS） and another one （P10） did not show any difference among its amplified products of the three populations. [ Conclusion ] There were certain genetic differences among the three silver crucian carp populations from different regions. There was large genetic similarity between the Chuzhou carp and silver crucian carp but between Chuzhou carp and Pengze carp.
