摘要
建立快速、高灵敏度、高通量的病毒检测体系是预防和控制植物病毒病的先决条件。综述了包括核酸杂交技术、反转录聚合酶链式反应、荧光定量PCR、DNA微阵列技术在内的分子生物学技术的特点及其在植物病毒检测和植物病毒病诊断中的应用。
The prerequisite of preventing and controlling plant virus disease is to establish a fast, sensitive and high - throughput virus detection system. The characteristics of the molecular biology technology including nucleic acid hybridization,reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction,real-time PCR and DNA microarray technology and their applications in plant virus detection and plant virus disease diagnosis were reviewed.
