Study on the Appropriate Collection Period of Polygonatum sibiricum in Guizhou

[目的]研究贵州道地药材黄精的适宜采收期。[方法]以贵州遵义凤冈西山黄精GAP试验示范基地小区内黄精根茎为材料制成黄精生药和炮制品,测定其中黄精多糖含量。[结果]结果表明:遵义地区黄精最佳采收期应该在12月到翌年1月,以种子繁殖的4年生黄精为最佳采收年限,其黄精多糖含量最高达到39.54%,折干率为36.64%。[结论]该研究确定了贵州产黄精的适宜采收期,可为贵州黄精GAP基地药源的安全、稳定和可控提供可靠依据。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the the appropriate collection period of Polygonatum sibiricum in Guizhou. [ Method ] Taken the rootstalk of P. sibiricum from GAP experiment demonstration base of P. sibiricum in Fenggang County of Guizhou Province for materials to make crude drug and processed product. And then the polysaccharide contents were determined. [ Result] The results showed that, the appropriate collection period of P. sibiricum in Zunyi was December to the next January. And four-year-old seed reproduction P. sibiricum was the appropriate harvest period, with polysaccharide content of 39.54% and the drying rate of 36.64%. [ Conclusion] The appropriate collection period of P. sibiricum had been determined, and it was meaningful to provide safe, stable and effective medicinal materials of P. sibiricum according to GAP principle.
