几种甘草黄酮含量测定方法的比较与评价 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]在以芦丁为对照品的4种甘草黄酮含量测定方法中,选择一种最适宜的测定方法。[方法]对4种方法的重现性进行比较,并对甘草提取液中总黄酮含量测定的结果与以甘草苷为对照品测得的结果进行比较。[结果]在以芦丁为对照品的4种甘草黄酮含量测定方法中,硝酸铝显色法重现性最好,且与以甘草苷为对照品测得的甘草黄酮含量的差异最小。[结论]硝酸铝显色法可作为一种切实可行的甘草黄酮含量测定方法。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to select an appropriate method for determing Licorie flavonoids content from four different methods which using rutin as standard. [ Method ] The reproducibility of four different methods were compared. Meanwhile, the content of total flavonoids extracted from Glyeyrrhiza were measured with the four methods and the results were compared by the method which using Liquiritin as standard. [Result]The Al(NO3)3 colorimerty method had the best reproducibility amoung the four methods which using rutin as standard and the result of flavonoids contents was closest to that obtained by the method using Liquiritin as standard. [ Conclusion] The Al( NO3 ) 3 colorimetry method was practical for determining licorice flavonoids.
