湖南西部地区鸡大肠杆菌血清型分布及耐药性分析 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究湖南西部地区鸡大肠杆菌的血清型分布及其耐药性。[方法]从湖南西部地区12县市12个养鸡场分离出147株鸡源大肠杆菌,进行血清型鉴定,并测定分离率高的血清型对抗菌药物的敏感性。[结果]在分离到的18个血清型中,O_6、O(22)、O_8和O_4血清型分离率最高,分别为17.7%、12.2%、11.6%和10.2%,为优势型。按NCCLS推荐的纸片扩散法测定了其对14种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明,细菌耐药性严重,以多药耐药为主,分离菌对四环素和萘啶酸的耐药率最高,分别为96.6%和85.0%,细菌对头孢噻肟、头孢噻吩、头孢曲松较为敏感,其耐药率在2.0%~8.2%。[结论]为有效防治湖南西部地区鸡大肠杆菌病提供了有价值的参考资料。 [ Objective ] The distribution of chick E. coli serotype in the western Hunan and its drug - resistance were studied. [ Method ] The serotypes of 147 chick E. coli isolated from 12 chicken farms in 12 counties/cities in the western Hunan were identified and the sensitivity of the serum type with high isolation rate to antibacterial drug was determined. [ Result] In 18 isolated serotypes, O6,O22, O8 and O4 was the highest isolated rate of serotype, which were 17.7%, 12.2%, 11.6% and 10.2% respectively, belonging to advantage types. The sensitivity of the serums to 14 antibiotics was determined with the disk diffusion method recommended by the NCCLS and the results showed that the bacterial had the serious drug-resistance and the drug-resistance of isolated material to tetracycline and nalidixic acid was the highest, with 96.6% and 85.0% respectively. The bacteria was more sensitive to the eefotaxime, Cefalofin and eefiriaxone, and the drug-resistance was ranged from 2.0% to 8.2%. [ Conclusion] The valuable reference for the effectively control of chicken eolibacillosis in western Hunan was provided.
