摘要
[目的]观察蒜头果蛋白(malanin)对小鼠的急性毒性。[方法]采用灌胃和腹腔注射给药后,观察小鼠的中毒表现和死亡情况,计算小鼠的半数致死量(LD_(50))。[结果]灌胃和腹腔注射均随着malanin剂量的增加,小鼠的死亡率增大,其LD_(50)分别为43.11 mg/kg(95%可信限范围为29.11~61.62 mg/kg)和26.22μg/kg(95%可信范围为18.06~36.12μg/kg)。[结论]malanin是一种毒性非常大的植物蛋白质。
[ Objective ] The paper aimed to observe the acute toxicity of malanin in mico. [ Method ] Observed the intoxication symptom and death after different doses of malanin were given to mice by intragastric administration ( i. g. ) and intraperitoneal injection ( i. p. ). And the LD50 values (50% lethal doses) of malanin were calculated with probability units methods. [ Result] The values of malanin LD50 in male and female mice were 43.33 mg/kg (95% confidence limits ranges were 29.11 -69.12 mg/kg) by i. g. and 26.22 μg/kg (95% confidence limits ranges were 18.06 -31.02 μg/kg) by i. p. respectively. [ Conclusion] Malanin is a plant protein which has a high toxicity.
