大白芸豆植物凝集素毒性研究

Toxicity Study on Phytohemagglutinin from White kidney Bean

[目的]评价植物凝集素的急性毒性反应,为临床应用提供依据。[方法]小鼠腹腔单次注射不同剂量植物凝集素,观察其急性毒性状况和死亡情况。[结果]腹腔注射植物凝集素的结果是昆明小白鼠腹腔注射的LD_(50)是140.24 mg/kg,95%置信区间为125.19～178.91 mg/kg。[结论]云南丽江大白芸豆植物凝集素属于中等到低等毒性,使用时必须遵照安全剂量范围。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to evaluate the acute toxicity reaction of phytohemagglutinin（PHA） and provide a basis for clinical application. [ Method ] Kunming mice were injected through abdominal cavity one time with different dosage Of PHA ,observing their acute toxicity status and mortality situation. [ Result ] The results showed that the LD50 was 140.24 mg/kg,95% confidence interval was 125.19- 178.91 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] Because the PHA of white kidney bean from Yunnan Lijian was middle to low toxicity,it must be used in accordance with the safe dose range.
