欠发达地区产业开发促农民增收的财政对策研究——以浙江省温州市为例

Financial Countermeasures on Promoting Income Growth of Farmers by Industrial Development in Less Developed Areas

以浙江省温州市为例,介绍了欠发达地区经济落后的现状,分析了产业开发对温州市欠发达地区农民增收的重要作用,探讨了在欠发达地区进行产业开发的5点制约因素,最后,提出了推进温州市欠发达地区产业开发的相关财政对策。

Taking Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province as an example, the economic status in less developed areas was introduced, and the significant effects of industrial development on the income growth of farmers in less developed areas were analyzed. Five restraining factors in the development were discussed. Finally, related financial countermeasures on pushing industrial development in above areas were put forward.
