摘要
从辽宁省阜新市林业工作人员和林农两个不同主体对林权改革的感知角度出发,分析了阜新市集体林权制度改革的进展状况以及存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。
From the cognitive difference of the reform of collective forest property right system between forestry workers and farmers, this paper analyzed the progress status and existing problems of the reform in Fuxin City. Some advices were put forward accordingly.
