流域生态补偿的概念提出以采,国内外很多流域生态补偿的实践为流域生态系统的保护和修复做出了贡献。借鉴国内外流域生态补偿生态补偿机制的经验,对汉江流域的概况及其生态补偿机制作了探讨。

Since the concept of river basin ecological compensation had been put forward , many practice of it both at home or abroad made contribution to the protection and restoration of the basin ecosystem. The experience of coo-compensation mechanism of basin at home and abroad was for the reference, the general situations of Han River basin and its eco-compensation mechanism were explored and analyzed.
