介绍了食品安全追溯体系的定义以及发达国家的食品追溯体系概况,阐述了食品安全追溯体系的内容及作用,分析了我国食品安全追溯体系建设的现状与存在的问题。
The definition of food safety retrospective system and its general situations in developed countries were introduced, the contents and effects of food safety retrospective system were expounded, the present situations and problems in building of food safety retrospective system were analyzed.
