发展中国家的现代化进程,往往伴随着政治与经济的发展悖论而陷入怪圈,而发展中国家的实践又表明政治与经济的发展失衡最终会撕裂其现代化。现代化的发展,既要经济发展来提供公共物品,又要政治发展来分配公共物品。中国现代化进程中经历了三种不同的发展模式,模式间的转换是一种辩证式发展,其本质区别在于,实现现代化过程中的政治发展与经济发展是否均衡。现阶段,政治发展问题即提高均衡性公共物品的供给与分配能力已成为现代化发展的关键问题。

The modernization progress of the developing country, usually accompany with the contrary theory of the political and economic development to sink into the strange fulfillment, but the developing country to express again the politics be out of balance with the economic development, willing tear to pieces its modernization in the end. Modernization development, want the economic develop to provide the public product, and want the political the development to assign the public product again. It experienced three kinds of different develop mode in the Chinese modernization progress, the conversion of the modes is a kind of dialectical development, its innate character distinct is balanced or not of the political and economic development in the process of realizing the modernization. Present stage, the political development problem namely increasing the ability of offering and allotting of the public product in balanced has become the key problem of modernization development.
