Based on the analysis of current job market situations for Poverty-Stricken College Students in China using SWOT analysis tool, the following suggestions can he made on how to improve graduates＇ employahility： The Chinese government should improve and standardize the relative policies in the job market; the educational institutions should build up a system to help Poverty-Stricken College Students find a job; and the graduates have to encourage themselves and build up their confidence.
