胶东半岛叶锈菌小种对小麦品种致病性的研究

STUDY ON THE PATHOGENICITY OF THE ISOLATES OF LEAF RUST TO WHEAT VARIETIES IN JIAODONG PENINSULA

1987～1989年,在胶东半岛采到30个小麦叶锈菌菌株。用18个菌株对40个小麦品种进行了致病性测定。结果表明,所有供试菌株对供试的小麦品种均有较强的致病性。经鉴别寄主鉴定,胶东半岛叶锈菌的优势小种为小种277,该小种与小种鲁4相似。

30 isolates of Puccinia rubigo-vera (DC.) Wint.(=P.recondita Rob.et Desmo) were isolated in Jiaodong Peninsula of Shandong province,China,during the years of 1978 ～1979.Using 18 isolates,testing their pathogenicities to 40 wheat varieties was carried out. The result showed that there were relatively strong pathogenicities for each isolate to all of the wheat varieties.Through identifying by differential hosts,the dominant strain of the wheat leaf rust was strain 277 in Jiaodong Peninsula.Strain 277 is similar to strain Lu-4.
