摘要
利用花生成熟胚的胚轴及其愈伤组织通过胚状体再生植株。结果表明,成熟胚的胚轴接种在 MS+1mg/L NAA+3mg/L 6-BA 培养基上,主要通过胚状体再生植株,胚状体发生率达95.7%以上;接在 MS+1mg/L NAA+4.5~6mg/L 6-BA 或 MS+1mg/L NAA+3mg/L 6-BA+4倍的微量元素等培养基上,则主要通过器官发生的途径再生植株。
Using the epicotyl,hypocotyl and its derived calli from mature embryos in peanut, viable plants were obtained via embryogenesis when the explants were plated on the MS medium containing 1mg/L NAA+3mg/L 6-BA,and embryoid-inducting rate was higher than 95.7 percentage.But when the explants were inoculated on the MS medium Containing [1mg/L.NAA+(4.5-6)mg/L 6-BA or 3 mg/L 6-BA supplemented four times of minor salts] respectively,the regenerated plants were produced via organogenesis.
