摘要
选择28日龄的艾维茵肉仔鸡325只,按公母各半分为32组,每组10只(对照组15只),利用回归正交设计进行28d的饲养试验。建立了估测用于抑菌、抗球虫和促生长的复合中草药剂量的数学模型。通过统计选优分析,复合中草药制剂的最佳配伍剂量为黄连0.10%、黄芩0.08%、黄柏0.02%、白头翁0.10%、常山0.09%、甘草0.05%,最适添加剂量为0.40%~0.47%,过量的添加(超过0.7%),无益有害。同时证明,中草药制剂的最佳配伍可优于土霉素和痢特灵等抗生素,并且具有较低的残留性和耐药性。血清学分析表明,添加中草药对肉鸡血清13项生化指标皆无显著影响(P>0.05)。
Three hundred and twenty five 28 day old broilers were divided into 32 groups,10 broilers for each group except 15 broilers for the control.The period of the experiment was 28 d.The model to estimate the optimum doses of the medicinal herbs was gotten with regression orthogon design.The result showed that the doses to prevent bacteria and parasites and to improve growth for broiler were Huanglian 0 10%,Huangqin 0 08%,Huangbo 0 02%,Chinese pulsatilla 0 10%,Changshan 0 09%,and Gancao 0 05% in the diets The medicinal herbs were ideal as feed additive not only because they could prevent bacteria and parasites and improve production for broiler but also because they had less residues in meat and less drug resistance,compared with the antibiotices.The experiment also showed that the medicinal herbs had no effect on the biochemical indexes in serum for brolier
