住院精神病病人夜间突发事件的原因分析及对策

目的探讨住院精神病病人夜间突发事件的原因并提出相对应的护理对策。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对41例次住院精神病病人夜间突发事件的相关因素进行调查。结果41例次住院精神病病人夜间突发事件的原因依次为:坠床15例次(占36.6%),暴力性行为6例次(占14.6%),自缢、切割伤、摔倒各4例次(各占9.8%),噎食3例次(占7.3%),外走、吞食异物各2例次(各占4.9%)和猝死1例次(占2.4%)。结论做好突发事件的救治,加强病人和病房的管理和提高临床护士对突发事件的防范意识对提高处理意外事件的成功率和护理质量具有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the causes of nocturnal accidents in psychiatric in-patients and to propose corresponding nursing measures. Method The causes of 41 nocturnal accidents were investigated with a seLf-made questionnaire. Results The causes of 41 nocturnal accidents included falling off a bed （36.6%）, violent behavior （14.6%）, suicide （9.8%）, cutting （9.8%）, falling （9.8%）, choking （7.3%）, walking out （4.9%）, engulfing foreign substance （4.9%） and sudden death （2.4%）. Conclusion Quick rescue of patients, strictly enforcing the management system of salvaging hazardous substances, strengthening the management of patients and wards, and improving nurses＇ precaution awareness are important to the success rate in handling accidents and nursing quality.
