胃癌根治术后相关并发症的观察及护理

目的总结胃癌根治术后患者相关并发症的观察及护理要点。方法回顾性分析本院533例实施胃癌根治术后患者的相关并发症,并总结护理经验。结果8例患者发生胃癌根治术后相关并发症发生率为1.5%,其中胆总管损伤胆瘘1例,胆囊坏疽1例,腹腔感染出血1例,乳糜腹水1例,胰腺炎2例,腹腔积液感染2例。结论胃癌根治术后相关并发症临床上容易引起误诊,处理棘手。要求护理人员要熟悉并发症发生的原因及表现,加强胃癌根治术后患者病情变化情况,争取早期发现、早期处理,减轻患者的痛苦,促进患者康复。

Objective To summarize the main nursing points for rare complications after radical gastrectomy. Method The related complications after radical .gastrectomy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and nursing experience was summarized. Results Eight out of 533 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy had rare complications, and the incidence was 1.5%. Among these complications, there was one case of bfliary fistula because of choledochus injury, one gangrene of gallbladder, one peritoneal infection hemorrhage, one chyloas ascites, two cases of pancreatitis, and two peritoneal infection effusion. Conclusions Some complications after radical gastrectomy are rare and hard to deal with, which may lead to make a misdiagnosis on the clinical practice. On clinical nursing, we must identify the reasons and manifestations of the complications, closely observe the change of condition, and provide early and timely treatment to make patients recover early.
