两类对比剂在CT增强扫描中不良反应的观察及护理

目的探讨两类对比剂在CT增强扫描中不良反应的观察及护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结3819例患者在行CT增强扫描中出现的不良反应和护理经验。结果离子型对比剂发生轻度不良反应为31.1%,中度不良反应为16.0%,重度不良反应为0.3%;非离子型对比剂发生轻度不良反应为4.0%,中度不良反应为0.3%,重度不良反应为0,两组不良反应比较,经统计学分析,Z=20.52,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论非离子型对比剂在应用中副反应明显低于离子型对比剂。做好心理护理、检查前准备和不良反应的观察和护理,对保证CT增强扫描的顺利进行具有重要的意义。

Objective To observe the side effects of two kinds of contrast medium in CT enhancement scanning. Method The side effects that appeared in 3 819 patients when they underwent CT enhancement scanning and the nursing experience were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results When ion contras.t medium was used, mild side effects occurred in 31.1% of patients, moderate side effects occurred in 16.0% of patients, and severe side effects occurred in 0.3% of patients. When non-ion contrast medium was used, mild side effects occurred in 4.0% of patients, moderate side effects occurred in 0.3% of patients,and no severe side effects occurred. There was significant difference between the two groups of side effects （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions There were remarkably fewer side effects when non-ion contrast medium was used. Psychological nursing, preparation before the scanning, observation of side effects and nursing are of great significance to the success of CT enhancement scanning.
