输卵管性不孕患者行腹腔镜围手术期的护理

目的总结腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕患者的围手术期护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结83例输卵管性不孕患者行腹腔镜手术治疗的护理经过。结果83例手术成功,术后住院4-7d均痊愈出院。无1例发生严重出血或感染并发症。结论做好心理护理,术后严密观察术后并发症的发生,并采取及时有效的预防措施是手术成功和患者康复的重要保证。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of pefioperative nursing care in patients after the treatment of laparoscopy for tubal infertility. Method The data of 83 eases of tubal infertility managed by laparoscopy from August 2007 to August 2008 were summarized retrospectively. Results All operations were successful, and the average hospitalization days were 4-7 days. No bleeding or infective complication occurred. Conclusion Psychological nursing, careful observation of postoperative complications and effective nursing precautions are of great value to the successful laparoseopy infertility and patients＇ recovery.
