肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者的护理

目的总结肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结37例肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者的护理经过。结果36例胆瘘患者经治疗后痊愈出院,平均住院25-30d;1例肝移植胆瘘患者再次行手术治疗后因晚期肿瘤抢救无效死亡。结论严密病情观察,做好心理护理,营养支持及腹腔冲洗的护理对降低肝胆手术后患者胆瘘发生率具有重要的意义。

Objective To summarize nursing experiences in caring for patients with bile leakage after being operated on liver and gall. Method Nursing experiences in caring for 37 patients with bile leakage after being operated on liver and gall were summarized. Results Thirty six patients were cured and were discharged from hospital, with an average of 25-30 hospital days. The other one patient with bile leakage due to liver transplantation died of advanced tumor. Conclusion Nursing interventions, including careful observation of patients＇ medical condition, mental care, nutritional support and irrigation of peritoneal cavity, are of most importance to reducing incidence of bile leakage.
