“整体化培养”理念在急诊ICU专业护士培训中的应用探讨

目的探讨"整体化培养"理念在急诊ICU专业护士培训中的应用效果。方法以"整体化培养"理念为指导,制订培训方案,并于2007年1月-2008年6月对急诊ICU护士进行培训。对比分析培训方案改进前后护士各项成绩考核情况及病人满意度的差异。结果实施培训前后,护士各项成绩考核合格率及病人满意度的差异均存在统计学意义(均P<0.05)。其中实施培训后,护士各项成绩考核合格率达100.0%,病人满意度也较实施培训前提高。结论将"整体化培养"理念应用于护士培训中,有助于急诊ICU护士综合素质的全面提高。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂the holistic approach to training＂ on professional nurses in emergency intensive care unit （EICU）. Methods EICU nurses in our hospital were trained from January 2007 to June 2008 under the program of ＂the holistic approach to training＂. All the testing achievements and patients＇ satisfaction rates between before and after the training program were compared. Results There were significant differences in the testing achievements and patients＇ satisfaction rates between before and after the training program（P 〈 0.05）. After the training program, the passing rates of all the tests were up to 100.0%. Patients＇ satisfaction rates were improved. Conclusion ＂the holistic approach to training＂ contributes to the improvement of the overall quality of EICU nurses.
