摘要 目的了解本科新生入学后的适应状况,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法应用《中国大学生适应量表》对864名本科新生进行问卷调查。结果男女生学习适应差异显著(P<0.01);独生与非独生子女人际关系、满意度、情绪、自我、校园生活适应及总分差异显著(P<0.01);城镇与农村生源学生人际关系、情绪、自我适应、满意度、学习适应及总分差异显著(P<0.01)。结论不同群体适应方面存在差异,应有针对性地开展本科新生心理健康教育。 Objective To investigate the adjustment status of undergraduate freshmen to provide the basis for psychological health education. Methods A total of 864 undergraduate frenshmen received the investigation by using China College Student Ad- justment Scale. Results There was significant difference between male and female students in learning (P^0. 01). Only-child- students and non-only-child-students varied significantly in the dimensions of interpersonal relations, satisfaction, emotion, self, campus adjustment and total score (P〈0. 01). Significant differences could be found in the dimensions of interpersonal relations, emotion, self, satisfaction, learning and total score between urban and rural st'udents (P〈0. 01). Conclusion There were signif- icant differences between each community in adjustment. Mental health guidance should be focalizated practiced to undergraduate frenshmen.
