摘要
目的探讨团体辅导对考试焦虑水平的改善作用以及对考试成绩的提高作用。方法对某中学高三年级29人进行6次考试焦虑的团体心理辅导干预,并与对照组进行比较。结果经过团体辅导干预后,实验组的考试焦虑水平有了显著的降低,并且考试成绩也有了显著的提高,在不同项目上均优于对照组。结论团体心理辅导的方式的确有利于改善学生的考试焦虑状况,有助于提高考试成绩,值得进一步推广。
Objective Explore the effect of group counseling for reducing test anxiety. Methods A total of 29 high school stu- dents of grade three were distributed into an experimental group to reduce their test anxiety through group counseling method. And another 23 high school students of grade three were distributed into a control group. The experimental group received the group counseling 6 times. Results The result showed that the experimental group's scores Were significantly lower in test anxiety than those of the control group. And the experimental group had better test result. Conclusion It means that group counseling is a good way for reducing test anxiety.
