摘要
在供试品种和环境下,籽粒蛋白质含量与干面筋和湿面筋含量的表型相关系数大于0.88,遗传相关系数极近于1.00。这3个性状与 SDS-沉淀值为不显著负相关,而与单位沉淀值为极显著负相关。籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的表型相关系数约为-0.50,而遗传相关系数高达-0.90。蛋白质产量与蛋白质含量相关较弱,但同籽粒产量呈高度正相关(0.84)。此外,出粉率和 SDS 沉淀值均不明显受籽粒产量的影响。因此,营养品质育种的策略似应以蛋白质产量作为指标性状,以此权衡蛋白质含量和籽粒产量的影响;同时,在目前产量水平下,改良小麦品种的磨粉品质和潜在烘烤品质是有可能的。
Under the test conditions the phenotypic correlation coefficients between protein per- centage and dry or wet gluten content were greater than 0.88,and the genetic ones were very close to 1.0.This can be useful to predict protein percentage via gluten content in high gen- erations.Protein or gluten content possessed a non-significant negative correlation with SDS-sedimentation value,but a strong negative one with the sedimentation value per unit of protein or gluten.The phenotypic and genetic correlations between grain yield per unit area and protein percentage were -0.50 and -0.90 respectively.Protein yield per unit area was highly persitively connected with the grain yield.Hence,based on the data of protein percentage and grain yield,the protein yield should be considered as a selection indicator for nurishment correlations between milling yield,SDS-sedimentation value and grain yield attest to the conclusion that it would be plausible to improve milling yield and baking potentiality while a high level of grain yield is maintained.
