栽培花生徐州68-4核基因文库的构建

以 EMBL4噬菌体多聚克隆载体将栽培花生徐州68-4的核 DNA13～20kb 片段进行了克隆,共得到重组噬菌体总数分别为5.6×105,8.4×105和1.3×106的3个基因组基因文库。

Xuzhou 68-4 is one of the most popular peanut cultivar in our county.It has many good characters.In order to study and utilize this gene resource,we have cloned the 13—20 kb DNA fragments of its nuclear DNAs by using EMBL4 bacteriophage.multipul cloning vector and obtained a number of 5.6×10~5,8.4×10~5and 1.3×10~6recombinant bacteriophages respectively.All of them have reached the desired capacity of the library.
