摘要
对葡萄品种叶形结构参数的数值化鉴别分析表明,各叶形结构参数对鉴别葡萄品种都有不同作用。其中,叶脉夹角和叶缺裂的作用最大。单因素方差分析和多重检验仅能区分亲缘关系较远的夏桑、赤霞珠与蛇龙珠,但不能区分赤霞珠与蛇龙珠。多元判别分析得3品种的平均拟合率为86.8%,鉴别程度依次为夏桑(100%)、赤霞珠(80%)、蛇龙珠(70%)。因此,蛇龙珠与赤霞珠不属于同一品种。蛇龙珠可能来自法国的“品丽珠”。
The origin and denomination of “Cabernet Gernischet” (Vitis vinifera L.), a wine grape variety widely cultivated in China for more than a century, have long been unclear and confused with other Cabernet varieties such as CabernetSauvignon and Cabernet franc. Foliar structural ampelometry in the present trial has revealed that different leaf morphological parameters contribute variously to the varietal determination, with vein angles (δ and Σ) and leaf margin (superior sinus SS and inferior ninus SI) making the most contribution. By means of oneway analysis of variance and multiple range test, it is easy to distinguish Chasan from CabernetSauvignon and Cabernet Gernischet, but the last two are difficult to distinguish from each other. In contrast, discriminate analysis (DA) can differentiate the three varieties with an average fitness of 86.8%, being 100%, 80% and 70%, respectively, for Chasan, CabernetSauvignon and Carbeernet Gernischet. It is, therefore, concluded that CabernetSauvignon and Cabernet Gernischet are not the same variety. It is speculated that Cabernet Gernischet may have been originated from another French variety Cabernet franc.
