摘要
对四川省具有代表性的26个茶树品种及材料的农艺、工艺性状和抗寒、抗病虫性等鉴定表明,灌木中叶型是四川茶园栽培的主要类型;四川大叶茶树具有诸多独特的性状。其春芽萌展与有效积温呈极显著线性相关。采摘期所需有效积温年度间有差异,但种质材料间采摘迟早的相对顺序基本稳定。早-1、南-1、早-5、早白巅、南江大叶茶、71-1、牛皮茶、牛-8等的制茶品质优秀,龙溪种、万源种抗低温,早-1、南-1抗病虫性强,南-1、早-1、早-5、71-1的综合性状优良。
Twentysix tea varieties and accessions representive of Sichuan were evaluated for their agronomic and technological characters and cold and pest resistance. Middleleaf shrubs proved to be the dominant tea form in Sichuan tea growing gardens and bigleaf tea thrubs were found to be characterized by many unique traits, the germination and expansion of its spring buds being in highly significant positive correlation with accumulated effective temperature. Although the accumulated effective temperature for ETS varied from year to year, the relative order for the picking period of the varieties remained quite stable. Zao-1, Nan-1, Zao-5, Zaobaidian, Nanjiang Dayecha, 71-1, Niupicha and Niu8 were found to be superior in the quality of their processed products, while Longxizhong and Wanyuanzhong were cold resistant, Zao-1 and Nan-1 were insect resistant and Nan-1, Zao-1, Zao-5 and 71-1 showed satisfactory comprehensive performance.
