摘要
以籼、粳、爪不同类型水稻品种所配制的5个组合的6世代群体为试材,分析了蛋白质含量的基因效应及效应平方和。结果表明,蛋白质含量的遗传中,加性效应比显性效应重要,上位性效应也具有重要作用,而以加性与加性互作为主,加性类效应明显大于非加性类效应,亲本隐性基因较多。
The gene effect and its square sum of content of protein in rice kernal were analyzed using data 6 generations of 5 combinations from different rice parents of Indica, Japonica and Javanica types. The experiment results showed that additive effects were more important than dominant effects in the genetic variation of content of protein, and additive effects are certainly bigger than nonadditive ones. Epistatic effect was also important. The main effects of all were additive effect and interaction of them. The genes controlling the contents of protein in parents were more than recessive genes. Gene accumulated selection was conducted in improving content of protein.
