甘蓝型油菜黄籽分布与种皮颜色变化研究

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE DISTRIBUTIONOF RAPE YELLOW SEEDS (BRASSICA NAPUS)AND ITS VARIATION IN SEEDCOAT COLOUR

甘蓝型油菜７９－２６黄籽后代种皮颜色分离为黑色、褐色、黄色和黄黑、黄褐嵌合色。黄籽率，植株中部分枝较高，主序和下部分枝率较低；自由授粉率较高，自交率较低。黑色种皮色素为深褐色，褐色种皮色素为褐色，黄色种皮色素为浅黄色或浅黄褐色。

Naturally occurring yellewseeded individuals were obtained in the progeny of Brassica napus line 79-26. Their seedcoat colour segregated into black,brown,yellow and mosaic with yellow and black or with yellow and brown. The percentage of yellow seeds was higher on the middle branches of the plant than on the main inflorescence or on the lower branches, and higher on openpollinated plants than on selffed plants. Microscopic examination on the sections of the seedcoat revealed that the pigments in black seedcoat was dark brown, in brown seedcoat was brown and in yellow seedcoat was light yellow or light brown yellow.
