针对城市中停车难的问题,阐述了停车收费的意义,从经济学的角度分析了影响停车需求的主要因素和停车资源的特殊性,并对停车收费政策的制定提出一些合理建议,以期通过有限的停车资源获得最大的经济效益,缓解城市中的停车问题。

Aiming at the parking difficult in city,the paper states meaning of parking charge,it analyzes main factors that affect parking requirements and specialty of parking resource from angle of economic,it also proposes some reasonable suggestions for formulation of parking charge policy,so as to obtain largest economic benefits through making use of limit parking resource,thus to relieve the parking problems in city.
