就建筑节能技术进行了综述,对建筑节能技术的选择标准以及使用者对建筑节能技术的选择评价作了深入探讨,指出只有既有建筑使用者节能意愿增强,经济激励制度合适,又有成熟的节能改造经验,才能促使既有建筑节能改造。

The building energy saving technique was summarized,the selection standard of building energy saving technique and the selection of building energy saving technique evaluated by user were discussed deeply,and it pointed out that only strengthening energy saving will of existing building user,proper economic incentive system and mature energy saving reconstruction experience,can promote existing energy saving reconstruction.
