提出建设工程造价的特点和程序,通过分析介绍如何进行建设工程项目造价控制,从工程各个环节分析了造价控制措施和方法,同时不断进行投资管理体制的改革,以完善工程投资管理。
The paper points out the characteristics and process for the construction costs,introduces how to do the costs control in the construction projects by the analysis,and indicates the control measures and methods from all the steps in the costs control,and reforms the investment management system,so as to improve the project investment management.
