大跨径预制Ⅰ字梁设计及施工质量控制

On design for large-span precast Ⅰ-shape beam and its construction quality control

针对我国目前大跨径桥梁多采用预制Ⅰ字梁,结合施工过程中容易出现的质量缺陷,以及标准图设计与施工工艺之间存在的矛盾,提出设计改正措施和施工过程中应预防的几个注意事项,以确保设计、施工质量。

Aiming at the fact that Ⅰ-shape beam is commonly used in large-span precast beam in our country,the paper,by combining with the quality shortage in engineering and the contradiction between the standard drawing and construction craft,points out design correcting measures and some precautions in the construction process,so as to ensure the quality of the design and construction.
