摘要 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)是一种高度保守的的多能细胞因子,受下丘脑-垂体控制,在调节机体固有免疫和获得性免疫中发挥重要作用。MIF在机体中分布广泛,并参与了多种疾病的发生和发展过程。近年来MIF在动脉粥样硬化中的作用倍受关注,研究证实MIF参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展及演化过程。虽然大多数研究承认MIF与冠状动脉性心脏病之间存在相关性,但仍存在许多争议,其与冠状动脉性心脏病的相关性研究目前仍处于起步阶段。 Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is a highly conservative and multipotent cytokines, which is widely distributed in the body and play an important role in the regulation of innate immunity and acquired immunity under the control of the hypothalamus-pituitary. MIF may be involved in a variety of physiological and pathological responses. Recent years, the role of MIF played in atherosclerosis was paid more attention to. Researches showed that MIF participated in the development and evolution of atheroselerosis. Although most of the researches admit the correlation between MIF and coronary heart disease, but there are still a lot of controversy, and its relationship with coronary heart disease is still in its infancy.
