The paper illustrates the current situation for livelihood and water conservancy in minority nationality of China,has the brief introduction on the difficulties in the livelihood and water conservancy in minority regions,and mainly researches the strategies in developing the livelihood and water conservancy,so as to lay the basement for the modernization and sustainable development of the water conservancy in the minority regions.
