摘要
对24个夏谷品种(系)的12个性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析,前5个主成分对总变的贡献率达85.61％。24个品种(系)被分为8类。同时,初步探讨了主成分分析和聚类分析在谷子育种中的应用。
Cluster analysis as well as principal component analysis were performed for 12 quantitative characters of 24 genotypes. The contribution of first five principal components to total variation of the population studied was over 85.61 percent, the 24 genotypes were grouped into eight clusters by hierarchical clustering method. It was discussed that the use of principal component analysis and cluster analysis in foxtail millet breeding.
