摘要
对小麦-山羊双二倍体9个组合的细胞遗传学和16个组合的自交结实率进行了观察。双二倍体的减数分裂过程不规则,在减数分裂中期1均有不同数目的单价体,甚至多价体出现。但具有ABD组型的双二倍体,其花粉母细胞中的染色体在后期Ⅰ一般可正常分向两极,表现结实率较高,达70%以上。具其它组型的双二倍体,则表现结实率较低,但具DAG组型的除外。
The behavior of chromosomes at meiosis of PMC of 9 combination and selfed seed set of 16 combination of Triticum-Aegilopsamphidiploids were studied. The results showed that the ways of meiosis of amphidiploids were irregular. A different number of univalents and multivalents at meiosis metaphase I of PMC appeared. The rates of seed-set of amphidiploids with ABD genome were more than 70%, because the chromosomes could move to the two poles of PMC at anaphase. The seed set of amphidiploid with DAG genome was higher also. The seed-set of amphidiploids with genome ABC, ABC^u, ABM, ABC^uM^0, DM^vAB, C^uCAB and ABDS were lower.
