摘要 目的探讨高嵌体修复缺损牙体的应力分布规律。方法建立六种不同程度缺损牙体的高嵌体修复模型,利用三维有限元法分析模型在两种载荷下的应力情况。结果模型整体Von-Mises应力峰值出现于颊侧牙体颈部;缺损较大的模型表现出相对较低的应力水平。水平分量载荷产生的最大主应力值大于斜向载荷产生的最大主应力。结论高嵌体修复产生的牙体不良应力较小,有利于保护牙体组织,对于修复大面积牙体缺损的病例很有意义。 Objective To investigate stress distribution of the tooth restored by Onlay. Methods To establish 6 types of models that varied dental defects restored by Onlay,and investigate the stress of the models under two kinds of load with three-dimension finite element analysis software. Results Von-misers Stress peak point occurred at buccal side of tooth;Relatively low stress occurred in the large dental defect model.The maximum tensile stress value emerged by horizontal load was more than that emerged by oblique load. Conclusions Rotarod test is a more objective ethologyical method than pole test for MPTP model mice of Parkinson's diseaseOnlay restoration is helpful in protection of tooth construction,especially large dental defects,for its small infect stress.
