GM-CSF及血象三系水平变化在妊娠合并再生障碍性贫血中的意义

The significance of GM-CSF and change of hemogram levels in pregnancy complicated with aplastic anemia

目的:探讨GM-CSF及血象三系水平变化在妊娠合并再生障碍性贫血中的意义。方法:选取2007年1月～2009年1月我院收治的妊娠合并再生障碍性贫血患者16例,将其设为观察组,检测其GM-CSF及血象三系水平,同时选取16例正常待产孕产妇为对照组,同样测量其血GM-CSF及血象三系水平,对两组患者的GM-CSF及血象三系水平进行比较。结果:观察组患者外周血中的GM-CSF及血象三项(WBC、RBC及PLT)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:妊娠合并再生障碍性贫血患者外周血GM-CSF及血象三系水平检测对其治疗方案的选择及制订有着积极的意义,对疾病的治疗作用较大,值得临床进一步探讨。

Objective： To study the significance of GM-CSF and hemogram levels in pregnancy complicated with aplastic anemia. Methods： 16 patients with pregnancy complicated with aplastic anemia from January 2007 to January 2009 in our hospital were selected as experiment group, and 16 healthy women of late pregnancy were selected as control group. GM-CSF and hemogram levels of the two groups were detected and compared. Results： The GM-CSF and hemogram levels （WBC, RBC, PLT） of experiment group were lower than those of control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The detection of GM-CSF and hemogram levels has positive significance for the choice of thera- peutic program and worth further investigation in clinic.
