医护合作健康教育对颈椎病患者焦虑情绪的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨医护合作工作模式的健康教育对颈椎病患者焦虑情绪的影响,为临床实施有效的健康教育及改善患者情绪提供依据。方法:将行微创介入治疗的55例颈椎病患者随机分为对照组(25例)和研究组(30例)。对照组由管床护士负责实施健康教育,研究组采用医护合作参与健康教育的工作模式对患者实施健康教育。以SAS量表作为患者焦虑指标,所有患者分别在入院当天和出院当天填写Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)。结果:研究组与对照组入院当天与出院当天焦虑平均值比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。入院时对照组与研究组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但出院当天两者比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:医护合作健康教育参与颈椎病患者的情绪障碍干预,可显著改善以焦虑为主要表现的情绪障碍,促使患者积极配合治疗,身心全面康复,提高生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the effect of doctors and nurses cooperation health education in the improvement of anxious mood of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:55 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis and underwent minimally invasive interventional therapy were randomly divided into control group(25 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group was given health education by the duty nurses,the study group was involved with health education doc-tors and nurses cooperation.SAS scale was adopted as patients' anxious index,all cases were filled in Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)on the days admitted to hospital and left hospital.Results:The anxious mean value on the days admit-ted to hospital and left hospital of the study group and control group showed a significant difference(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between control group and study group when being admitted to hospital(P〉0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups on the day left hospital(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Doctors and nurses cooperation health education participates in the emotional intervention of patients with cervical spondylosis,it can significantly improve the performance of anxiety as the main obstacle to the emotions,actively cooperate with the treatment of patients to get a comprehensive physical and mental rehabilitation,and improve the quality of life.
