HPLC测定阿司匹林肠溶片的含量

Content determination of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立阿司匹林肠溶片的含量测定方法。方法:用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(43∶57);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:276nm;柱温:30℃。结果:阿司匹林进样量在3.242～58.356μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.52%,RSD=0.40%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于阿司匹林肠溶片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets by HPLC.Methods：The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was used.The mobile phases consisted of methanol and methanol-1%（43：57）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 276 nm.The column temper-ature was 30℃.Results：The linear ranges of Aspirin was at 3.242-58.356 μg（r=0.999 6）,the average recovery was 99.52% with a RSD of 0.40%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality con-trol of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets.
