内蒙古巴格毛德地区油页岩工业评价及开发前景 被引量:1

The industrial appraisal and development prospects of oil shale in the Bag Mod area of Inner Mongolia

摘要 内蒙古自治区巴格毛德地区页岩油地质资源量为2.3×108t,页岩油可采资源量为1.2×108t。对该区油页岩进行了勘查和分析,发现该区油页岩面积大,但含油率仅为3.9%~5.3%,总体属低品位油页岩,不适于利用传统工艺抚顺炉进行干馏炼油,可以采用综合利用技术对该区油页岩资源进行开发;经对100件样品的分析,结果表明其热值分布范围为1807~6918kJ/kg,平均值为3606.5kJ/kg,多数样品热值较低,不宜直接采用循环流化床技术直接燃烧;该区油页岩属中灰分油页岩,可在建筑方面得到广泛应用。 The oil-in-place of oil shale resources in the Bag Mod area of Inner Mongolia amounts to 2.3×108 t,and the recoverable reserves is up to 1.2×108 t.Through in-depth investigation and analysis on the oil shale in this area,petroleum researchers concluded that although oil shale distributes in a wide vast area,oil content is only 3.9-5.3% belonging to low-grade resources,the conventional recovery technology of oil refinery by the Fushun Furnace is not adaptable but many different techniques can be integrated into use for oil shale recovery here.Based on the analysis of 100 samples,the heat values of which range from 1807-6918 kJ/kg with an average of 3606.5 kJ/kg,the result demonstrated that most samples have low heat values so they can not be burned directly but can be combusted if being mixed with the coal by the burning technique of Circulating Fluidized Bed.According to the sample analysis on the volatile content of oil shale in this area,this study showed that Bag Mod oil shale with medium volatile content can be widely used in architecture.
