摘要
本文用Borgnis位函数法分析了盘荷同轴型谐振腔的TM慢波模式并对TM模中的主模进行讨论,得到了主模的特征方程和单独存在的必要条件.对这种慢波结构的尺寸缩短效应进行了数值估计,说明这种诸报胜在射频和微波低端具有较高应用价值文中给出了计算实例.
The properties of disk-loaded coaxial resonator with slow wave mode are analyzed by the Borgnis's potential function method. The characteristic equations and prerequisites to exist exclusively for the doninant mede among TM modes are obtained. Numerical evaluation is taken to show the dimension condensing effect of the slow wave structure. The results reveal that this kind of resonator is practical at frequencies down through micrvave band and RF band. Some working examples are also given.
