摘要
针对我国寒冷地区路面混凝土的耐久性不良现象,通过研究含气量对路面混凝土工作性、抗折强度、抗冻性能及耐磨性能的影响规律,采用引气剂和减水剂复配的技术途径,配制出了维勃稠度15-30s、28d抗折强度5.8MPa以上、抗冻性及耐磨性等耐久性优良的高性能路面混凝土,并提出了寒冷地区路面混凝土最大水灰比为0.45、最小水泥用量为280kg/m^3,含气量范围为3%~5%。
For the bad durability phenomenon of pavement concrete in the cold area, via studies on the influences of air-containing on workability, flexural strength, freeze resistence and abrasion resistance,air-entraining agent and water-reducing agent are mixed to confect high performance pavement concrete with excellent durability and freeze resistence and abrasion resistance, and the VB of which is 15-30 s, 28 d flexural strength is above 5.8 MPa, moreover put forward the maximum water-cement ratio is 0.45, the minimum cement quantity is 280 kg/m^3, the appropriate air-containing is 3%-5% for pavement concrete in the cold area.
