高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

Application of high -frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声显像（高频彩超）对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对在我科行高频彩超检查并经手术、病理证实的120例乳腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果120例乳腺癌均经手术和病理证实，超声诊断提示恶性肿瘤110例，诊断符合率为91．7％（110／120）。结论高频彩色多普勒超声显像对乳腺癌具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the value of high - frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The data of 120 patients with breast tumor were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were examined by high- frequency color doppler ultrasound and identified by operation and pathology. Results One hundred and twenty patients with breast tumor accepted operation therapy and had pathologic diagnosis. 110 cases was diagnosed as breast cancer by ultrasound, the total diagnostic rate by ultrasound was 91.7% （ 110/120 ）. Conclusions High - frequency color doppler ultrasound has great values in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
