摘要
第三军医大学大坪医院共派出5支医疗队前往汶川地震灾区救援。通过快速启动应急预案，成立指挥部，组建针对伤员救治的各类医护和后勤保障组、组建“震区伤员心理干预小组”等措施，对院内医疗资源进行合理配置。先后共收治灾区转运伤员161例，对27例在入院时存在不稳定心理因素的伤员得到及时、有效的心理救治。161例伤员顺利出院。
Five medical rescue teams from Daping hospital were sent to the earthquake areas after the Sichuan Wenchuan earthquake. Health resources were rationally allocated and comprehensive measures were carried out including rapidly starting up the predetermined plan as well as emergency system, establishina control aheadquartes, building up various kinds of medical groups, including psychological treatment group. 161 cases from the earthquake areas were treated in this hospital, of them 27 cases with unstable psychological response were successfully treated by effective psychological intervention. All patients were cured with satisfactory results.
