双路激光扫描尺寸检测仪采用非接触式测量方法进行零件的尺寸与形位公差检测，解决了激光测量中普遍存在的测量尺寸范围小、工件表面易磨损等技术难点。测量分辨率达到亚微米数量级，同时具有广泛应用价值。

The design of the double ways laser scanning dimension detector to measure the dimension of machine part in non contacted mode is presented.The problem of easy scoring part by contacting measurment is solved.Resolution of the measurment can reach sub micrometer and this detector can be widely used.
