摘要
提出了一个用8031单片机和光电编码器组成的转速与转角测试方案,介绍其实现的基本原理和结构特点,给出了接口电路和软件设计方法。由于采用了单片机和光电传感器,该系统具有硬件电路简单、测量精度高、性能稳定可靠等优点,其适用于自动控制、自动检测及各种转速与方位角的测量与控制等领域。
A test scheme of rotating speed and turning angle is proposed,which is made up of an 8031 monolithic computer and a photoelectric coder.The basic principles and structural characteristics are introduced,furthermore the interface circuits and software design schemes are provided.By using a monolithic computer and a photoelectric sensor,the simple electronic circuits,high measuring accuracy,stability and relibility are achieved.This proposed technique can also be used in automatic control and automatic detection for rotating speed and turning angle.
